Now that we have the background covered, let’s move on to the mattresses themselves. Naturepedic offers a wide range of mattresses to choose from. To kick things off, here’s a list of all the most popular mattresses the company has to offer.
Chorus
The first mattress to take note is the Chorus. This is a hybrid mattress with a medium fitness, making it a balanced choice for all body and sleeper types.
This is a medium-firm mattress. While this is good for all sleeper types, this is definitely a worthy choice for those who are stomach and back sleepers
The cover is made from a mixture of wool, natural cotton, and a PLA material. PLA is a non GMO sugarcane that’s known for its durability and moisture-wicking properties.
There are two layers of organic wool padding, as well as micro spring coils and individually wrapped coils. One in between the microcoils and individually wrapped coils, and another in between the individually wrapped coils and the base.
The microcoils beneath the cover give the cover that bounce and support it. The individually wrapped coils are the ones responsible for pressure relief. No need to worry about discomfort and waking up with aches as the medium firmness ensures that your spine is being supported while you sleep.
Apart from pressure relief, this mattress also shines in motion isolation. This aspect is responsible for making your sleep undisturbed. You don’t have to be concerned if your partner moves around in bed.
This entry-level option is the most affordable, at $1,199-$2,499.

Serenade
This mattress is very similar to the Chorus. This mattress has latex, which is a key difference.
This latex is not chemically manufactured. Latex is made naturally from rubber tree sap. This provides both temperature regulation and pressure point relief, allowing your bed to be cool and comfortable.
The edge support is also something worth noting. Nervous that you might fall off when you fall asleep, or might slip when you feel like sitting on the edge of the bed? Fear not, the pillars in the top layer will make it impossible for such an event to happen. So you can feel secure when you end up sleeping at the side of the bed.
Firmness wise, this mattress offers two levels to choose from. One is firm, the other is comfort firm.
The Chorus is slightly more expensive than the Chorus at $1,699 to $3,599.

Pillowtop and Original are very similar in design. Both of them have a 3″ thick layer of organic latex. It is covered by an 8-inch thick layer of individually wrapped coils that helps with motion isolation and cooling.
The Pillowtop is a pillowtop. This adds another 3″ layer of thickness on top of the organic latex as well as more areas for customization. If you prefer to have a pillowtop in your mattress, then this will be for you.
You are given four options in terms of firmness. There are four options for firmness: plush, cushion firm or extra firm.
There’s more! You also have the option to have different types of comfort for either side if you purchase queen size and above. Let’s say you want your side to be medium firm but your partner prefers something much softer. You can have both.
The last of the three, the Trilux, is the only one with an all-foam layering system. This is a good choice if you don’t have a latex allergy and are particulate to pressure relief.

Are They Available in Stores?
Even though they sell online, they also have their mattresses shown in show rooms in the United States. The Halcyon brand is the only one that can be purchased in stores. You can purchase them in stores like Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn.
Are Organic Mattresses Safer Than Gas?
Off-gassing refers to the strong scent that comes out of the mattress when you take it out of the box. This usually is the case because of the chemicals that may be part of the mattress.
Since the materials made are all organic, this will not be a concern for you. You might come across “stale air” but it is not as strong as usual off-gassing. The scent should not last for too long.
How Do I Clean The Mattress?
Naturepedic recommends that customers use an organic waterproof protector pad. This will help make sure no fluid is able to seep through the mattress.
In the event this occurs, then pour the affected area with hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. Gently scrub the area with a damp cloth. Be sure to use soap on the cloth. After it is dry, you can put on the bed sheet.
