Mattresses Organicpedic Vs Naturepedic
Now that we have the background covered, let’s move on to the mattresses themselves. Naturepedic has quite the catalog to choose from. Here’s a list listing all the most requested mattresses Naturepedic has to offer.
Chorus
The first mattress to take note is the Chorus. The Chorus is a hybrid mattress that offers medium fitness and is suitable for all types of sleepers.
This is a medium-firm mattress. While this is good for all sleeper types, this is definitely a worthy choice for those who are stomach and back sleepers
The cover is made from a mixture of wool, natural cotton, and a PLA material. PLA is a non-GMO sugarcane well known for durability and moisture-wicking.
There are two layers of organic wool padding, as well as micro spring coils and individually wrapped coils. One in between the microcoils and individually wrapped coils, and another in between the individually wrapped coils and the base.
The microcoils beneath the cover give the cover that bounce and support it. The individually wrapped coils are the ones responsible for pressure relief. No need to worry about discomfort and waking up with aches as the medium firmness ensures that your spine is being supported while you sleep.
This mattress is not only comfortable, but also offers motion isolation. This aspect is responsible for making your sleep undisturbed. You don’t have to be concerned if your partner moves around in bed.
This is an entry point option, being the most affordable one, sitting at around $1,199-$2,499.

Twin XL | $1,399 |
Full | $1,799 |

Serenade
This one is quite similar to the Chorus mattress. This mattress has latex, which is a key difference.
Don’t worry, this isn’t chemically made. The latex in question is naturally made from rubber tree sap. This allows for both pressure point relief as well as temperature regulation, making the surface of your bed cool and relaxing.
The edge support is also something worth noting. Nervous that you might fall off when you fall asleep, or might slip when you feel like sitting on the edge of the bed? Fear not, the pillars in the top layer will make it impossible for such an event to happen. So you can feel secure when you end up sleeping at the side of the bed.
Firmness wise, this mattress offers two levels to choose from. The one is firm and the other is comfortable firm.
Price range is slightly higher than the Chorus, sitting at around $1,699-$3,599.
Size | Price |
Twin | $1,699 |
Twin XL | $1,999 |
Full | $2,599 |
Queen | $2,799 |
King | $3,599 |
California King | $3,599 |
EOS
Naturepedic’s EOS line of customizable mattresses is called the EOS. Want to change your mattress’ firmness? You’re in luck. {This line comes with zippers that allow you to switch out parts of the layers with parts you prefer.|You can swap out layers by using zippers.
Three mattresses are available in this line: the Original, Pillowtop, and Trilux.
Each of the mattresses has a cover made of cotton fiber, wool batting (both of which are organic) and the PLA comfort layer found in the other mattress. Organicpedic Vs Naturepedic
The first two, Original and Pillowtop, are quite similar in terms of design. Each one has a layer of organic latex 3 inches thick. Below it is an 8″ thick layer of individually wrapped coils, which helps out motion isolation and cooling.
The Pillowtop is a pillowtop. This adds another 3″ layer of thickness on top of the organic latex as well as more areas for customization. If you prefer to have a pillowtop in your mattress, then this will be for you.
You are given four options in terms of firmness. These include plush, cushion firm, firm and extra firm.
There’s more! You also have the option to have different types of comfort for either side if you purchase queen size and above. Let’s suppose you prefer your partner to have a medium-firm side and yours is softer. Now you can have both ways.
The last of the three, the Trilux, is the only one with an all-foam layering system. This is an excellent choice if you don’t have a latex allergy or are sensitive to pressure relief.

What Mattress Should I Choose?
This all depends on what you look for in a good night’s sleep.

Do They Come with a Warranty?
All of them come with a twenty five year limited warranty. Accessories come with a one-year warranty
Are They Available in Stores?
Even though they sell online, they also have their mattresses shown in show rooms in the United States. The Halcyon brand is the only one that can be purchased in stores. You can purchase them in stores like Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn.
Do Organic Mattresses Off-Gas?
Off-gassing refers to the strong scent that comes out of the mattress when you take it out of the box. This usually is the case because of the chemicals that may be part of the mattress.
Since the materials made are all organic, this will not be a concern for you. You might come across “stale air” but it is not as strong as usual off-gassing. Also the scent shouldn’t last that long.
How do I clean my mattress?
Naturepedic recommends their customers to use an organic waterproof protector pad. This will help make sure no fluid is able to seep through the mattress.
In the event this occurs, then pour the affected area with hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. Use a damp cloth to gently scrub the affected area. Be sure to use soap on the cloth. After it is dry, you can put on the bed sheet.
