Mattresses Naturepedic Vs Zero Gravity
Now that we have the background covered, let’s move on to the mattresses themselves. Naturepedic offers a wide range of mattresses to choose from. To kick things off, here’s a list of all the most popular mattresses the company has to offer.
Chorus
The Chorus is the first mattress you should pay attention to. This is a hybrid mattress with a medium fitness, making it a balanced choice for all body and sleeper types.
Overall this is a good medium firm mattress. This mattress is suitable for all types of sleepers, but it is especially good for stomach and back sleepers.
The cover is made of a mix of wool, natural cotton and a PLA material. PLA is a non-GMO sugarcane well known for durability and moisture-wicking.
There are two layers of organic wool padding, as well as micro spring coils and individually wrapped coils. One in between the microcoils and individually wrapped coils, and another in between the individually wrapped coils and the base.
The microcoils below the cover give it that bounce to support the body and keep it up. Pressure relief is provided by the individually wrapped coils. No need to worry about discomfort and waking up with aches as the medium firmness ensures that your spine is being supported while you sleep.
Apart from pressure relief, this mattress also shines in motion isolation. This is what makes your sleep peaceful. No need to worry if your partner moves in and out of bed, you’re guaranteed to not feel any movement whatsoever.
This entry-level option is the most affordable, at $1,199-$2,499.

Serenade
This one is quite similar to the Chorus mattress. A key difference is that this has latex.
This latex is not chemically manufactured. Latex is made naturally from rubber tree sap. This provides both temperature regulation and pressure point relief, allowing your bed to be cool and comfortable.
The edge support is also something worth noting. Are you worried that you will fall asleep or slip on the edge of your bed? Have no fear, for the pillars found in the top layer make it difficult for such things to occur. You can rest assured when you sleep on the side of your bed.
Firmness wise, this mattress offers two levels to choose from. One is firm, the other is comfort firm.
The Chorus is slightly more expensive than the Chorus at $1,699 to $3,599.

Twin | $1,699 |
Twin XL | $1,999 |
Full | $2,599 |
Queen | $2,799 |

EOS
The EOS is Naturepedic’s line of customizable mattresses. Want to change your mattress’ firmness? You’re in luck. {This line comes with zippers that allow you to switch out parts of the layers with parts you prefer.|You can swap out layers by using zippers.
Three mattresses are available in this line: the Original, Pillowtop, and Trilux.
Each of the mattresses has a cover made of cotton fiber, wool batting (both of which are organic) and the PLA comfort layer found in the other mattress. Naturepedic Vs Zero Gravity
Pillowtop and Original are very similar in design. Both of them have a 3″ thick layer of organic latex. Below it is an 8″ thick layer of individually wrapped coils, which helps out motion isolation and cooling.
The main difference is that the Pillowtop has, well, a pillow top. The Pillowtop adds a 3″ layer of thickness to the organic latex and allows for more customization. This will allow you to place a pillowtop on your mattress.
You are given four options in terms of firmness. There are four options for firmness: plush, cushion firm or extra firm.
But wait, there’s more. If you buy queen-size or larger, you can have different comfort levels for each side. Let’s say you want your side to be medium firm but your partner prefers something much softer. Now you can have both ways.
Trilux is the last one of the three with an all foam layering system. This is a good choice if you don’t have a latex allergy and are particulate to pressure relief.

Most Frequently Asked Questions
Which Mattress Should I Go For?
This all depends on what you look for in a good night’s sleep.
If you’re not a fan of latex or have some sort of allergy to it, then the Chorus mattress is the one for you. If you can’t decide on a firmness type and want to switch around from time to time, then the EOS line is the way to go.

Are They backed by a warranty?
They all come with a limited warranty of twenty-five years. Accessories have a warranty of one year.
Do They Sell in Stores?
They sell their mattresses online but also have them displayed in showrooms in the United States. The Halcyon brand is the only one that can be purchased in stores. They can be purchased at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrrel.
Are Organic Mattresses Safer Than Gas?
Off-gassing refers to the strong scent that comes out of the mattress when you take it out of the box. This is usually due to chemicals in the mattress.
This is not a problem because the materials used are organic. It is possible to smell “stale air”, but it isn’t as strong as the usual off-gassing. The scent should not last for too long.
How Do I Clean The Mattress?
Naturepedic recommends that customers use an organic waterproof protector pad. This will ensure that no liquid is allowed to seep into the mattress.
If this happens, you can use hydrogen peroxide to treat the area. Use a damp cloth to gently scrub the affected area. Make sure to also put soap in the cloth. After it is dry, you can put on the bed sheet.
