The company was founded by an environmental engineer, which shows their dedication to their intentions. Because of this, no traces of chemicals and toxins can be found in the materials being used.
Transparency is a company belief. Customers who decide to purchase any of their available mattresses have a 90 day sleep trial for you to make the decision.

Mattresses Naturepedic Organic Cotton Cradle Pad
Now that we have the background covered, let’s move on to the mattresses themselves. Naturepedic has quite the catalog to choose from. To kick things off, here’s a list of all the most popular mattresses the company has to offer.
Chorus
The first mattress to take note is the Chorus. The Chorus is a hybrid mattress that offers medium fitness and is suitable for all types of sleepers.
Overall this is a good medium firm mattress. While this is good for all sleeper types, this is definitely a worthy choice for those who are stomach and back sleepers
The cover is made from a mixture of wool, natural cotton, and a PLA material. PLA is a non-GMO sugarcane well known for durability and moisture-wicking.
The mattress has both micro spring coils and individually wrapped coils as well as two layers of organic wool batting. There are two layers of organic wool batting between the microcoils, individually wrapped coils, as well as one between the individually wrapped coils.
The microcoils beneath the cover give the cover that bounce and support it. Pressure relief is provided by the individually wrapped coils. No need to worry about discomfort and waking up with aches as the medium firmness ensures that your spine is being supported while you sleep.
Apart from pressure relief, this mattress also shines in motion isolation. This is what makes your sleep peaceful. You don’t have to be concerned if your partner moves around in bed.
This is an entry point option, being the most affordable one, sitting at around $1,199-$2,499.

Serenade
This one is quite similar to the Chorus mattress. This mattress has latex, which is a key difference.
Don’t worry, this isn’t chemically made. Latex is made naturally from rubber tree sap. This provides both temperature regulation and pressure point relief, allowing your bed to be cool and comfortable.
The edge support is also something worth noting. Nervous that you might fall off when you fall asleep, or might slip when you feel like sitting on the edge of the bed? Have no fear, for the pillars found in the top layer make it difficult for such things to occur. So you can feel secure when you end up sleeping at the side of the bed.
Firmness wise, this mattress offers two levels to choose from. The one is firm and the other is comfortable firm.
The Chorus is slightly more expensive than the Chorus at $1,699 to $3,599.

Twin | $1,699 |
Twin XL | $1,999 |
Full | $2,599 |
Queen | $2,799 |

EOS
Naturepedic’s EOS line of customizable mattresses is called the EOS. Do you want to adjust the firmness of your mattress? Then you’re in luck. {This line comes with zippers that allow you to switch out parts of the layers with parts you prefer.|You can swap out layers by using zippers.
This line offers three mattresses, the Original, Pillowtop and Trilux.
Each mattress has a cover made from cotton fiber, wool batting (both organic), and the PLA comfort layer. Naturepedic Organic Cotton Cradle Pad
The first two, Original and Pillowtop, are quite similar in terms of design. Both of them have a 3″ thick layer of organic latex. Below it is an 8″ thick layer of individually wrapped coils, which helps out motion isolation and cooling.
The main difference is that the Pillowtop has, well, a pillow top. This adds another 3″ layer of thickness on top of the organic latex as well as more areas for customization. If you prefer to have a pillowtop in your mattress, then this will be for you.
There are four choices for firmness. There are four options for firmness: plush, cushion firm or extra firm.
But wait, there’s more. You also have the option to have different types of comfort for either side if you purchase queen size and above. Let’s suppose you prefer your partner to have a medium-firm side and yours is softer. You can have both.
The last of the three, the Trilux, is the only one with an all-foam layering system. This is a good choice if you don’t have a latex allergy and are particulate to pressure relief.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Mattress Should I Go For?
This all depends on what you look for in a good night’s sleep.

Are They backed by a warranty?
All of them come with a twenty five year limited warranty. Accessories come with a one-year warranty
Are They Available in Stores?
Even though they sell online, they also have their mattresses shown in show rooms in the United States. The Halcyon brand is the only one that can be purchased in stores. They can be purchased at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrrel.
Do Organic Mattresses Off-Gas?
The term off-gassing is the strong smell that the mattress emits when it is first opened. This usually is the case because of the chemicals that may be part of the mattress.
This is not a problem because the materials used are organic. It is possible to smell “stale air”, but it isn’t as strong as the usual off-gassing. The scent should not last for too long.
How do I clean my mattress?
Naturepedic recommends their customers to use an organic waterproof protector pad. This will help make sure no fluid is able to seep through the mattress.
If this happens, you can use hydrogen peroxide to treat the area. Gently scrub the area with a damp cloth. Make sure to also put soap in the cloth. After it is dry, you can put on the bed sheet.
