Exhibitor Move In Details
Wednesday, January 15th - 10am to 6pm
Thursday, January 16th - 9am to 3pm
All Exhibitors must be open for the duration of the show.
Pack up, Thursday, January 16th, after 3pm. Exhibitors that pack up and leave early may not be accepted to participate in future years of the Ag Show.
Registration and Move-in
Tuesday, January 14th – 1pm to 6pm
Registration materials – front door of new addition to the Florence Center.
Package to include – Booth assignments with expo maps, exhibitor/vendor badges, a complimentary Taste of SC ticket
You will unload and move in at Gate 7.
Limited access to unload at the registration entrance.
No vehicles will be allowed to drive inside the building - unless you are moving in heavy equipment in the arena.
All large objects and trash MUST BE removed from the space by 6pm on Tuesday.
Late Move in – January 15th from 7am to 9am with management approval only. If you do not have pre-approval for day of expo move-in, your booth may be sold to our wait list with no refund option for your company.
Big equipment and outdoor exhibitors move in Tuesday morning, January 14th.
**If you plan to move in prior to Tuesday, January 14th or early am on Wednesday, January 15th, you MUST communicate this prior to arrival and you MUST check in at the registration desk. If you will require special move-in options (day of event move-in), YOU MUST speak with me prior to January 11th and I will do what I can to accommodate your needs.
Other important information for moving in
Forklift needs – please let me know prior to January 3rd. There is only one forklift available and we make every attempt to have a smooth move-in and check-in process. Knowing your needs prior to arrival allows us to plan accordingly.
Equipment to an indoor booth that has gasoline or oil in it, you must bring and use an oil pan as a precaution for leaks and all gas tanks must be at 1/4 or less of a tank. Battery cables must also be disconnected once equipment is in place in your booth space. Show officials will be checking to make sure all precautions are followed. Fire Marshal will potentially make random checks.
Equipment must fit in the booth space you requested. Signage, items, equipment etc. can not be in the aisles as it becomes a fire hazard and safety issue.
Electricity Charge – $30 If you need electricity and did not request it on your exhibitor application, you need to request it ASAP. Electricity CANNOT be added at move in.
Insurance required for all exhibitors. All participants shall have in effect and maintain for the period of the SC AgriBiz and Farm Expo a policy of public liability insurance against claims for personal injury or death, or damage to property occurring upon, in, or about the herein rented premises, in limits of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit by virtue of your signature. You will supply certificate of insurance name SC AgriBiz and Florence Center as additional insured.
Hold Harmless Agreement-We have the option to sign in the absence of the COI form. Either the COI form or the hold harmless agreement must be in effect for you to exhibit. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

We will not be accepting payments on-site and you will not be permitted to move-in without satisfying full payments. If special payment terms are needed, please contact Brandie directly at 843-230-9061 to discuss options. If you have already scheduled special payment options, please disregard this information.
Taste of SC Event
Wednesday, January 15th (6:15pm – 8:30pm)
The Taste of SC event is sponsored by AgSouth Farm Credit and Certified SC Grown. Each vendor will be given ONE complimentary ticket to this event. If you need additional tickets ($25.00), you may purchase via Eventbrite form at Taste Ticket Link or contacting Brandie Hayes or Miriam Pflug via email. This event has been sold out each year. Do not delay in getting tickets if you want to attend.
SC Commissioner's Breakfast
Thursday, January 16th (8am – 9am)
The Commissioner's Breakfast is sponsored by Birdsong Peanuts, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, and Nexsen Pruet, LLC. This breakfast is a fundraiser for the Commissioner's School of Agriculture, held in the summer at Clemson University - CAFLS. Tickets to this event are available for purchase via the Eventbrite form at Commissioner Breakfast Link ($35.00) or contact Brandie Hayes or Miriam Pflug This event has sold out each year and is close to capacity now.
